We are able to offer training on various aspects of the mediation process, which can be tailored to the individual needs of your business. Please get in touch to find out more.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions, including arrangements for cancellation, can be discussed and agreed at the time of booking. Training sessions are offered for the sole purpose of helping law firms and in-house teams to better understand mediation and its benefits. Our training sessions are not regulated by the Civil Mediation Council and are not aimed at prospective mediators looking to qualify into the profession.
