What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. 

 

Our website

 

This website is built using Wix. We have worked to ensure that the content, navigation and forms can be used by a wide range of people, including those who:

• rely on keyboard navigation;

• need to enlarge text or adjust contrast; or

• prefer to read content at their own pace.

We aim to meet the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level wherever possible. We recognise that some elements of the site may not yet fully meet that standard, and we are working to address this on an ongoing basis.

 

Our mediation services

 

We make reasonable adjustments to ensure our mediation services are accessible. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

offering mediations online, in person or in a hybrid format;

providing documents in alternative formats (for example, large print, plain text or audio) on request;

allowing additional time, longer breaks or shorter sessions;

working with interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters;

considering venue accessibility for in-person mediations; and

adapting our process to the needs of neurodivergent participants or those experiencing significant distress.
