Mediation, £100k-£1mil dispute
Mediation in respect of a standard dispute with a value in excess of £100k but less than £1million.
Service Description
Prices shown are per party. Book a full-day (8 hours) or a half-day (4 hours) mediation in respect of a dispute where the following apply: - Total value in dispute is more than £100,000 but less than £1million; - Up to 300 pages of documents per party for the mediator to review ahead of the mediation. The price includes all preparation and administration time, including any preliminary meetings in advance of the mediation day. The mediation is deemed to run continuously with no deduction made for lunch. Travel time is included for mediations in London, the South-East and East of England. Reasonable travel costs may be added for in-person mediations outside of those areas.
Cancellation Policy
1. A full day mediation is 8 hours; a half day is 4 hours. The mediation is deemed to run continuously with no deduction made for lunch. 2. Basic fees must be paid in full at least seven working days in advance of the mediation day unless otherwise agreed. 3. For in-person mediations, unless otherwise agreed: (a) the parties will be responsible for booking the venue and paying any associated costs; and (b) for mediations in London / the South East, the above costs include all travel time and expenses. If the mediation venue is outside of that area, reasonable travel expenses (and accommodation costs, if required) will be payable in addition to the basic fees set out above. 4.
