Lucie-Anne's career started in major national and international law firms and progressed into a leadership role as Head of Legal for the UK’s largest property management and real estate services provider, giving her both the depth of specialist legal work and the broad horizon of operational insight.

Lucie-Anne is known for her calm, practical and forward-focused approach, helping parties move beyond entrenched positions to reach fair, workable agreements. Her style is warm, clear and direct, ensuring every participant feels heard while keeping the process efficient and outcome-driven.
