Gurprit Mattu

​Gurprit is a fully-accredited mediator and a dual-qualified barrister practising in England & Wales (2007) and the British Virgin Islands (2019), with a specialist practice in high-value commercial and private disputes. She has extensive experience in shareholder and partnership conflicts, debt disputes, fraud and misrepresentation cases, and mis-selling claims. Her cross-border practice means she is regularly instructed in matters involving international parties, offshore structures, and multi-jurisdictional issues, expertise that directly informs her work as a mediator.

Gurprit is skilled at reality‑testing legal positions, clarifying risk, and helping parties evaluate the true cost of continuing litigation. She brings structured process discipline to negotiations where emotions, sunk costs, or strategic posturing may otherwise derail progress.
