We recognise that, in some cases, rigid pricing structures do not reflect commercial realities and so fail to deliver best value. For example, high value claims may be relatively straightforward just as lower value claims can be very complex. If your dispute falls within one of the following categories, we would therefore be happy to have a no-obligation chat to find a pricing model that might work for you / your client: 1. The value of your dispute exceeds £1million; 2. The value of your dispute is less than £20,000 and you wish to consider options for an abridged mediation process at a lower cost (online only); 3. The subject matter in dispute is non-monetary, or hard to quantify in monetary terms (e.g. proceedings for declaratory or injunctive relief); 4. You wish to book a mediation lasting more than one day; 5. Your dispute is between three or more parties; or 6. You have other, specific needs and require a bespoke service tailored to suit.
